Consultation Fees

Strategy sessions and consultations are considered professional time-based services.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If you need to reschedule your consultation, you may do so by providing at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the consultation being considered completed and therefore non-refundable.

Service Fees

Certain services offered by Operation Ascend may require additional fees beyond the consultation. These services may include credit strategy guidance, credit profile review, or business structure consulting.

Refund eligibility for these services will depend on the scope of work completed and any written service agreement between Operation Ascend and the client.

Once services have begun or work has been performed, fees may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the stage of the service.

Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact Operation Ascend directly to resolve any billing concerns.

Filing a chargeback with a payment processor such as Stripe without first attempting to resolve the issue with Operation Ascend may result in suspension of services and further action to resolve the dispute.
